Communication with parents from a perspective of a beginning teacher

The object of my dissertation is to introduce the issue of communication between the parent and the inexperienced teacher. The theoretical part is based on the research literature, and it is devoted to various forms of communication as well as to effective communication with parents. The practical part focuses on the experiences new teacher gain while having class meetings, tripartite meetings, on his dealing with conflicts, and on his everyday communication with parents. For the purposes of this analysis, it is essential to obtain information from other inexperienced teachers. The family and its role in the perception of current medical ethics

The introductiondescribesthe perceptionof familyby humanities and social sciences and identifies the elements shared by all disciplines, including health care. The firstsectionof the thesislooksintothe development of the relationship between the physician and the patientandhisor her family,rangingfromapaternalisticrelationshiptoinformedconsentto patients' previously expressed wishes. The author places each of these principles in context with legislative andethical normsandhighlightsthe dilemmasassociatedwiththe understandingthereof. At the same time it solves the possibilities of family involvement in each of them. The secondsectionof the thesisfocusesonpalliative care.Itdescribesthe basicprinciples related to adultpatientsatthe terminal stage of theirillnessandalsothe proceduresfollowedinpaediatricand perinatal palliative care. The conclusion offers a description of the practical procedures followed whenthiscare wasbeingintroducedatthe Královské VinohradyUniversityHospital inPrague.Partof the thesis is also casuistry derived from the operation of the palliative care team.

Communication between teacher and parents of his pupils

The thesis deals with the communication of class teacher with the parents in primary school. The current position of this topic within the Czech education system is examined. Educational programs and initiatives focusing on this area of teacher's work are studied. Specific forms of communication available to teachers are presented with their advantages and disadvantages. Four case studies and their final comparison examines teachers' approach to the selection of specific forms of communication and the formation of the overall structure of communication with parents. Case studies describe the forms of communication used by individual teachers. Sources of information about the possible forms of communication, as well as factors that influence the teachers are presented. Individual studies are evaluated in the context of the others and their common and different features are identified. The issue of training of future teachers in this area is discussed. Individual approach of teachers to this topic is observed.
Design of system external communication in district of Prague 14

The purpose of this work is to analyze the existing forms of external communications of municipal authority in Prague 14 and suggest improvements to modern approaches and appropriate to the needs of local residents. This area is developing dynamically in the Czech Republic. Methods that are common in the private sector are now moving into the public administration, as the new trend is to understand its performance as a service. This is related to the need for better interaction between the municipal authorities and the relevant residents. The theoretical part will summarize current knowledge on the topic. With their help, then the practical part will verify their existing application, reveal shortcomings and suggest corrective solutions. I would like to emphasize that I will not deal with internal communication of municipal authority.
Modern Approaches in Managerial Communication

The introductory part deals with the fundamental characteristics of communication, currently used communication models, analyze the communication process and describe social nature of communication using managers communication networks inside and outside the organization. After that, the work refers to specific forms of communication and their use with ICT technology. The practical part firstly examines the managers communication needs and then analyzes the claims and demands for communication strategy. The gained knowledge is then used to design specific management communications system.

The theoretical part is focused on scholar of freshman class, focused on school maturity and readiness, school immaturity, initiation of school attendance and affimnity of family with school. The practical part is focused on concrete forms of communicatoin and coopertion of the school with parents, usage rate of this cooperation and content of concrete forms of coopertion. There are also describes cooperation of the school with parents of children of preschool age. This thesis describes concrete requirements on the parents.
